About the project

The first phase of this project was rewriting the client’s brand book. Things like their mission statement, brand pillars, client avatars, internal and external messaging all needed to be updated. The client was looking for an elevated but accessible tone. They wanted to show people that they would get a high-end experience, but not a stuffy or “traditional” one.

Once the new brand book was finalized the messaging was implemented on all collateral. I re-wrote the entire website, all of the SEO meta descriptions, Google Ad copy, and am in charge of all email marketing copy. We’re attracting a whole new demographic and giving clients a medspa experience that they’ve never had before. The brand has also expanded to collaborate with Sephora since the rebranding was rolled out.
